A Letter To My Customers

In light of the recent economic situation in our country, state, and city, I would like to thank all of you, my customers, for being the ones who have made it possible for Bradan Automotive to keep its doors open so that we can continue to serve you and provide a valuable service for our community.

Times have been hard for all of us, but the one thing I vowed never to do was to forsake the values Bradan Automotive was built upon. No matter how dire the forecast from our nation's economists, I have refused to resort to overcharging my customers or skimping on quality in order to fatten the bottom line. Thanks to the wonderful network of customers who have responded to these efforts, Bradan Automotive has been able to continue to do business even while many small business owners are being forced to close their doors.

Yes, phone calls have been missed and repairs may have taken longer than they had in the past due to my having to reduce the amount of my staff in order to stay within my budget, and I thank all of you who have stuck with me and extended your patience and understanding during my continuing efforts at restructuring and reorganizing in order to find a new business plan that can work in our current economy. 

Without you, my loyal customers, Bradan Automotive would not still be open today.  Thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your faith, your friendship, and your trust. Thank you for allowing me to continue to serve you and to provide for your automotive needs.  Through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to value and quality I hope to be able to continue providing services for all of you and many more for many years to come.
